Sarah Santiago

Sarah Santiago (she, her) has been at WPI as a Project Analyst in the User Success and Experience (USE) team in Information Technology Services since July 2024 under the leadership of Jill Desmarais. Sarah brings over 10 years of experience in higher education to her role assisting and coordinating projects initiated by a variety of functional areas at WPI. Sarah is the Founder of Simple.city Solutions, an organization and home concierge service based in central Massachusetts. Sarah adores dogs, is energized by the ocean, and loves snuggling with her cat, Barnacle.
