Jill serves as Interim Director of ITS Finance, Portfolio and Program Management which oversees the centralized management of the ITS budget and investments in the ITS portfolio of services and projects required to achieve strategic objectives.  In this role, she partners closely with the ITS leadership team and manages a team of two professional staff responsible for budget and operational activities, project coordination, project management and consultation.  In addition, Jill leads large technology implementations, working with stakeholders across the WPI community and in ITS to ensure successful project planning and implementation.

Since joining WPI in 2018, Jill has project managed the implementation of Workday Student, PowerFAIDS financial aid system, Zoom Phone, HaloITSM, and the retirement of WPI’s 38-year-old legacy ERP system, Banner.

Prior to joining WPI, Jill worked for many years in the operations division of Hewlett Packard (HP), where she was responsible for leading global teams, transforming cultures, and establishing structures, systems, work processes and tools to help both HP and its customers keep pace with a rapidly changing business climate.   She was also a key contributor on multiple enterprise transformation initiatives such as mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions; the development of new e-Commerce capabilities; and the standardization and improvement of global operations processes.   

Jill earned an M.Ed. in Instructional Design with an emphasis on Performance Consulting from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and has maintained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Inc. since 2009.
