Kerrie has been in Higher Ed IT since 1997. As a member of the Service Desk she provided front line customer support, and authored and maintained knowledgebase, news, and website content. Using her background in secondary and adult basic education she developed and presented orientations and workshops. She managed IT efforts in cross-campus collaborative communications and programs including New Student Orientation, Technology Orientation for new faculty and staff, and National Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaigns. As leader of the Communications and Change Management team, Kerrie now focuses on keeping the community informed and engaged in the latest technology adoption through strong partnerships within IT and across campus departments. Her time in IT has been guided by values of customer service, continuous process improvement, and teamwork! She holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross, and her certifications include ITIL, Knowledge Centered Support, and MSI Change Management Specialist. Outside of work Kerrie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, attending live music events, and volunteering through her church.
