Alan Baker is WPI's Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy. He also serves as the Chair of the Information Technology Architecture Review Board. He is involved in higher level solution planning and larger IT strategies with the goals of tying initiatives or processes together to improve quality and reduce effort.
