Meet the Team

Alan Baker is WPI's Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy. He also serves as the Chair of the Information Technology Architecture Review Board. He is involved in higher level solution planning and larger IT strategies with the goals of tying initiatives or processes together to improve quality and reduce effort. As part of the Architecture Review Board, Alan works as a partner to other business units in WPI to ensure that new projects follow architectural standards and provide assistance with design as needed.Alan joined WPI in 2019 after having worked for 20 years for Concord ...

An alumnus of WPI Class of 1997, Ben leads combined teams of Networking, Telecommunications, and Card Access Systems for the University.

Jordyn supports the development needs of the operational groups within Infrastructure Services (Network Operations, Card Access & Camera Operations, and Virtualization & Storage operations). She develops and supports a variety of tools, both internal and customer-facing (such as netreg.wpi.edu).She is an alum of the WPI Class of 2022 with a BS and MS in Computer Science.
