New users must attend a training session before working with radioisotopes. These sessions will be made on an as needed basis.
Current users must be retrained once each year.
Contact the RSO at rso@wpi.edu for location and other information. A test will be given at the end of the session. It will cover information in the training session as well as information from the RHSC Rules and Regulations and 10-CFR-20. It is strongly recommended that you glance over the 10-CFR-20, and carefully read the RHSC Rules and Regulations and the Radiation Training Manual before attending the session.
