Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarships

The purpose of the Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship award is to enable students to attend the college of their choice which they ordinarily might not be able to afford. High school seniors entering college and returning college students attending accredited U.S. colleges or universities are eligible to apply for the scholarship. Preference is given to high school students entering college. Preference will be given, but not limited to residents of Salem and the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts.
