Training talented students of color for professional careers, Inroads offers multi-year internships in various industries. Founded in 1970, the organization has grown from one office and seventeen sponsoring companies to fifty-two affiliates and a roster of corporate sponsors that includes most Fortune 1000 companies. Applicants officially become Inroads interns once they are accepted by a sponsoring company and offered a summer internship with that company until graduation.
