Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) seeks to interest talented undergraduate minority students in academic careers and to enhance their preparation for graduate study through intensive research experiences with faculty mentors. Underrepresented minority students, including African Americans, Mexican Americans, Native Americans, Puerto Ricans and other Latinos, who are sophomores or juniors majoring in any field, are eligible to apply.
