SDG 1: No Poverty - End poverty in all its forms everywhere
Thierry Petit is a recognized researcher in algorithmic approaches to solving discrete optimization problems (Constraint Programming, Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research). He started his career in ILOG (now IBM). He is experienced in a wide range of techniques and optimization solvers, and applications. Thierry Petit has developed solid programming and problem-solving skills. He brought innovation and respected management style to supervision of research teams, education programs, and students in internship or thesis / post-doctorate programs. He designed and taught computer science and data science courses in French and American universities.
