Undergraduate students at WPI's Business School are immersed in coursework and project-based learning that emphasizes entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration across disciplines, and innovative uses of technology. Undergraduates who pursue a minor in entrepreneurship develop a deep understanding of basic business principles and how to turn ideas into viable ventures.

Michael Twardowski
Education
University of Rhode Island, B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, 2016

Michael obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 2016, and he began his PhD in Robotics Engineering at WPI in January 2017. Michael is a Research Engineer at Delsys Inc., and his research focuses on motor control strategies. Prior to his academic study, Michael served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy for 8 years, and deployed twice with the United States Marines Corps in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He currently serves as a Chief Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy Reserve.
