SynergE Worcester hosted an event at the Sustainability Hub on April 28 to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of the SynergE Worcester initiative. The event highlighted the energy and sustainability commitments, projects, and community engagement between WPI, Clark, Holy Cross, National Grid, and GreenerU.

Awards were presented to a staff member and a student from each of the three colleges recognizing those who have made substantial contributions to their institution’s energy and sustainability initiatives. The WPI staff Green Game Changer Award was given to Professor Rob Krueger, director of the Environmental & Sustainability Studies program, and the Green Game Changer Award was given to the WPI Student Green Team.
