Professor Titova's research is focused in three areas with the goal of developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic applications. The themes are application of terahertz (THz) spectroscopy, using THz pulses and ultrafast optical techniques to study intermolecular dynamics in liquids, and investigating interactions of intense THz pulses with cells and tissues.
