“What’s The Story?" Personal, Professional, and Institutional Transformation - Joe Tranquillo

Tuesday, February 25, 2025

The School of Engineering welcomes you to join us at a KEEN sponsored day of enlightenment.

Joe Tranquillo will explore the role of stories in teaching, learning, and personal and professional growth in a series of workshops sponsored by the Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network (KEEN). As a KEEN Fellow, Joe brings a wealth of experience applying the mental habits of curiosity, connection, and creating value that are foundational to the entrepreneurial mindset. Embracing this mindset enables anyone to question, adapt, and make positive change in our classes, on our campus, in our communities, and in the world.

Joe has a long history with KEEN going back to 2008. He has served on the Faculty Advisor Council, received the KEEN Outstanding Faculty Award in 2016, served on the planning committee and as an MC for multiple KEEN National Meetings, co-created the KEEN Winter Interdisciplinary Design Experience, was an Entrepreneurial Stories leader, and is a regular facilitator of the KEEN ICE faculty development workshops. He is currently a KEEN Fellow and Distinguished speaker. Joe has a long history with KEEN going back to 2008.
