Abstract: This dissertation focuses on the implementation of MRI-compatible materials and devices for in-situ procedures, aiming to reduce the procedure time and enhance safety and accuracy for MRI-involved surgeries and treatments. Specifically, this study explores the application of an MRI-compatible robotic system for in-situ image-guided trepanation surgical procedure.
