Title: Methodology Development in the Target Prioritization Engine

Abstract: Navigating the intricate pathways of immunology unveils a myriad of genetic interactions, each holding potential to revolutionize our understanding of immune mechanisms. Central to this exploration are key driver genes (KDGs), which play a pivotal role in orchestrating immune responses. In response to the growing interest in KDGs, the Target Prioritization Engine has been employed. By adeptly merging upstream regulator analysis with the detailed insights of single-cell RNA sequencing, our methodology emerges as a notable advancement in the study of KDGs. This approach provides a more comprehensive perspective, positioning itself as an instrumental tool in the dynamic landscape of immunological research.
