And that's just for starters.

WPI offers a variety of classes and opportunities for pre-college students during the summer. Our on-campus pre-collegiate programs offer day and residential programs taught by WPI faculty. While learning valuable skills, making new friends, and enjoying a more immersive experience, attendees enjoy our state-of-the-art classrooms and athletic facilities.
WPI’s undergraduate summer courses offer varied opportunities for current WPI students and guest students who want to explore new ideas and new challenges. Mid- to upper-level courses are offered online and on campus to give the flexibility necessary to meet different schedules. Taught by professors from the regular academic year, summer courses offer consistent learning experiences and expectations.
Supported by the National Science Foundation, WPI's 8-10 week Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) programs let students contribute to cutting-edge STEM research projects that address current global challenges. These distinctive experience help students build research skills, develop professional training, and perform work that matters.
The Institute on Project-Based Learning is the flagship offering of the WPI Center for Project-Based Learning and helps colleges and universities looking to advance project-based learning on their campuses. Paired with experts, faculty and administrators make tangible progress to integrate project-based learning best practices into their own curricula.
WPI Sports Camps are led by WPI head coaches and assistant coaches, together with college athletes. Camps are for athletes of varying abilities and work to develop their athletic, teamwork, and leadership skills within a positive environment. Camps run from late June to early August.
