This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for completing your self-evaluation for the 2024 Staff Performance Review Process is this Wednesday, July 31.

Please complete the "Employee Self-Evaluation" in your Workday inbox by this date. This is your opportunity to highlight your achievements, address any performance challenges, suggest improvements, and communicate your professional development interests to your manager.

To recap, the performance review process covers the period from April 1, 2023, through June 1, 2024. Here are the key steps and deadlines:

  • Self-Evaluation: Complete by July 31, 2024.
  • Manager Review: Complete by August 30, 2024.
  • Employee Acknowledgement: Complete by September 6, 2024.
