REMINDER: Open Enrollment 2025

Employees have one more week to elect Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts for 2025. This is also your opportunity to make additions or changes for Open Enrollment 2025! Open Enrollment ends on November 5th.

The 2025 Open Enrollment election period is now open. Employees are now able to log into Workday to complete their benefit elections for 2025. All changes will take effect January 1, 2025. We encourage you to take the time to review the 2025 Benefits Guide to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family. Don’t forget to utilize the Decision Doc tool - HYKE or the seek resources from the Benefits Website to assist with your selections. Be sure to visit us at the Benefits Fair on Wednesday, October 23rd from 11am – 2pm at the Rubin Campus Center, Odeum A & B.

Open Enrollment Resources

Follow these 10 easy steps to make and submit your 2025 benefit elections in Workday.

  1. Log in to Workday
  2. Find the Open Enrollment task in your Inbox
  3. Click ‘Let’s Get Started’
  4. Add, Change and/or Review your desired elections for 2025 (Health Insurance, HSA and FSA participants must reelect/enroll benefits this year. HDHP members must enroll and elect $0.00 to receive the WPI employer HSA contribution) 
  5. Click Review and Sign
  6. Review all elected benefits, waived benefits and messages to ensure you have everything you need for 2025. 
  7. Under the Electronic Signature subheading check the box – ‘I Accept’ after reading through the legal notices.
  8. Submit
  9. Done
  10. Breathe a sigh of relief – you have completed Open Enrollment 2025!

Drop-In Q & A and Enrollment Sessions

During the Open Enrollment period, the Benefits Team will be available for employees to drop-in for support and assistance with entering 2025 elections in Workday and to get benefit plan questions answered. Below is a listing of sessions offered to employees over the course of the Open Enrollment election period. 

  • Thursday, October 24th 9am-11am – Gordon Library: Anderson Computer Lab
  • Tuesday, October 29th 9am-11am – Rubin Campus Center: Mid-Century Room
  • Wednesday, October 30th 2pm- 3pm - Gordon Library: Anderson Computer Lab
  • Thursday, October 31st 9am-10am - Gordon Library: Anderson Computer Lab
