Aunika Yasui, captain of WPI’s High Power Rocketry Club, recently spoke with the T-Minus Space Daily podcast about the team’s preparations for the upcoming 2024 Spaceport America Cup, which will be held June 17-22. The HPRC will send Project Revelatio--a payload-carrying rocket--10,000 feet into the New Mexico sky while competing with top teams from schools around the world. Yasui, a BS/MS graduate in mechanical and aerospace engineering, also spoke about her experience competing in three consecutive Spaceport America Cup events.
