Please be aware of recent phishing involving Opinion Outpost ® a leading agency specialized in Global Customer Service Research. While this is a legitimate company, its name is being used to add credibility to a phishing attempt (see sample). Beware of any external email request that contains suspicious link or asks you to provide any personal or identifying information. Phishing is not limited to email, but may also include physical mail. If you have any doubt about the legitimacy of any communication (email, physical mail, by phone/voicemail, or other means), please contact its@wpi.edu.
