New Web Presence for Human Resources and the Division for Talent & Inclusion Launches Today

As WPI has grown and evolved in recent years, so too has its office and function of Human Resources. Just over a year ago, the university brought together Human Resources and Diversity under the leadership of Michelle Jones-Johnson, VP of Talent & Chief Diversity Officer. As the next step in this evolution, today WPI is launching a web presence for the newly named Division for Talent & Inclusion.

You'll also find important forms, benefits details, and policy information. We hope you’ll notice the strategic approach to telling the WPI story, how the great minds at work here make a difference every day, and how our culture of collaboration, inclusion, problem solving, and change making establishes WPI as a great place to grow—both personally and professionally.
