Why is giving back time to WPI and others important?

WPI provided me with a great foundation for professional success while simultaneously cultivating some of the most important relationships in my life. Giving back to WPI matters to me because I feel that others deserve the same opportunity that I had to better myself at the university.

What advice would you give to current students and young alumni?

You might not like this but... My biggest piece of advice is not to take classes & schoolwork too seriously. The relationships I formed and the real world skills (time management, how to lead teams, how to interact with others, etc.) are some of the most valuable things I learned at WPI and I think its easy to miss out on those things if your nose is buried in a textbook for 4 years.
