2025 January New Student Orientation (NSO) Information

Greetings from WPI,

We look forward to having you join us for the WPI New Student Orientation program on Monday, January 13th & 14th. This event is a great opportunity to meet WPI faculty, staff, and fellow students, while learning about the resources and services available to you on campus. Students should plan to attend all of January Orientation as scheduled.

Important Information: 

• New Student Onboarding Hub: This will guide you through all your onboarding tasks. 
• Virtual Transfer Welcome Experience: Wednesday, December 11th at 3:00 PM EST. Register in the Onboarding Hub by December 10th.  
• New Student Orientation: January 13th & 14th, 2025. Register here or on the January New Student Orientation page by December 10th.
• Student ID and Residential Student Key Pick Up 
  
  • Key and Student ID pick up is available starting January 13 during business hours (8am-4:30 pm) in the Housing and Residential Experience Center in East Hall. We encourage you to get your key and ID before January Orientation begins.
• Campus Map: Find a map here for your reference as you navigate campus. 

Health and Safety Reminder

Please refer to Student Health Services’ updated guidance on managing respiratory illness on campus.  If you are experiencing signs of symptoms of illness, do not come to New Student Orientation, and refer to the guidance steps.  You can also email shs@wpi.edu for questions about your specific situation.
