In a national survey of faculty job satisfaction that WPI participates in regularly, mentoring has consistently been a strength at WPI. This may be because so many people are committed to mutual mentoring and collaboration—within departments and also across departments. The Morgan Center focuses on cross-departmental mentorship programs for different career stages. We also serve as the liaison for WPI’s institutional membership in the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD).
