The program will involve 6 meetings (1 hour, once per week), brief daily homework and one phone interview. There is a tremendous amount of evidence to support mindfulness and meditation practices in myriad domains. As a result, the reasons individuals are drawn to explore these practices are varied. For some individuals, the desire is focused on academics, sports or professional performance. For others, it is to support work on a particular health concern, reduce stress, or simply feel a greater sense of balance.
