Education
National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, Mexico MS in Optics
National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico BS in Physics

I am 3rd year PhD student working with professor Lyubov Titova in the Ultrafast THz and Optical Spectroscopy Lab. I study the optical properties of 2D materials for a wide range of applications such as THZ photonic devices, THz EMI shielding, optoelectronic devices, photo-electrochemistry, and photovoltaics. I specialize in many types of spectroscopy including Time-Resolve Photoluminescence, Time domain and Time resolve THZ spectroscopy, and Transient absorption.

I also enjoy helping undergraduate students to master their experimental skills, and mentoring high school women and encourage them to pursue STEM careers. When I am not in the Lab, I like to spend my time traveling or dancing salsa.
