Happy Commencement season, WPI! Our newest alumni have crossed the stage, our current students have begun their summer plans, and our campus has gotten a bit quieter—there’s no better time to take a look back at everything that happened in May now that the Commencement dust (more commonly known as confetti) has begun to settle.
We had a goat’s-eye view of the senior send-off on the Quad, which featured music, lawn games, and a celebratory toast for the Class of 2024 led by President Wang.

The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education hosted the annual Lavender Commencement, a special ceremony celebrating graduating LGBTQIAP+ students.
Commencement’s move off campus didn’t stop our well-loved traditions. A few days before Commencement, graduating students donned regalia to cross Earle Bridge, to take selfies with friends, and—at last—to step on the seal.
