Expert Bio

Professor Troy's research program aims to understand how physical forces (such as those generated by the body during exercise and sports) interact with and change bone structure. She works with patients and are experts in orthopaedic and whole-body biomechanics, quantitative image analysis, especially computed tomography (QCT), and patient-specific finite element (FE) modeling.
