In recognition of his leadership and important work in the city of Worcester, WPI President and CEO Dennis D. Berkey received the key to the city March 28 from Mayor Konstantina B. Lukes. The key was presented during the 15th Annual Arthritis Charity Ball, a gala which benefits the Arthritis Foundation and is sponsored by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Massachusetts. At the event, which took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Worcester, President Berkey also received an Odd Fellow award for innovative community service.
