Experience an easy-to-learn art method to draw unstructured patterns and decompress.

Join our WPI senior and certified Zentangle instructor, Abigail Sumner, in this Zentangle activity in the CWB program room. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn art therapy method where participants get to draw unstructured patterns into images called “tangles.” You create tangles with a combination of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves, and orbs. These patterns are created on small pieces of paper called “tiles.” Your artwork on the tiles can be assembled into beautiful mosaics. Benefits from Zentangle include having increased focus, creativity, self-confidence, and an increased sense of well-being.
