Crocodile River Music (African Dance & Drum)

Join the Crocodile River Music in a traditional dancing and drumming workshop with techniques taken from African rhythms, percussion instruments, and sounds.  In a single one-hour and thirty-minute workshop, participants are transformed from individuals making noise to a team making compelling music. Multiple studies show that different types of dance forms can contribute to healing, minimize stress and depression, and increase social connection.
