WPI Staff Council and Krave Fitness are teaming up to host an open house as part of Wellness Day.
Leah Santello, owner of Krave Fitness and Nutrition in Millbury, MA, has been teaching fitness classes at WPI for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping women find enjoyable fitness routines. She currently offers a low-impact Barre and Pilates fusion class designed to tone the lower body, strengthen the core, and provide a refreshing mid-day mental break.
Barre is a ballet-inspired workout tailored for women, focusing on toning and stretching, while Pilates emphasizes core strength and abdominal toning.
If you’d like to give Barre/Pilates a try, drop in at Rec Center Dance Studio A/B during lunch!
