The new Helping Herd series spotlights those who are going above and beyond to support the WPI community in these unprecedented times. Our first Helping Herd honoree is Judy Jaeger, executive director of advancement events & communications, University Advancement. She was nominated by Tracy Baldelli, associate director of development, University Advancement, who says:
“Since the work from home policy began, Judy sends out a daily quote to the division with a note, wishing everyone a good day. This has gone a long way, especially during a time that can feel difficult and low. Phil Ryan '65 used to do this while he was interim President, and many in our division have remembered that and praised Judy for starting this new tradition during this time. A small note like this can really change someone's day. You never know who you are inspiring and we are so thankful that Judy is doing this small gesture each morning at 8am to lift us up!”
