Marketing Communications

WPI is working to enhance digital communications through a Unified Communications strategy. As part of this initiative, we’re assessing current systems, gathering community input, and benchmarking against other top institutions to develop a streamlined, user-friendly approach to communications at WPI. This project aims to improve access to information, enhance user experience, and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.

A team made up of representatives from Student Affairs, Marketing Communications, Information Technology Services, and Talent & Inclusion, along with graduate and undergraduate students, is evaluating the feasibility and scope of this effort. This team is currently assessing the communications needs of our students, faculty and staff to ensure the resulting strategy meets the needs of our diverse community.
