Teaching and Innovation Grants Awarded

Innovation in teaching and learning continues to flourish at WPI! The Educational Development Council, Morgan Teaching and Learning Center, Academic Technology Center, and Undergraduate Studies are pleased to announce more than $150,000 in Teaching Innovation Grants for 2021, awarded to 18 projects that will advance distinctive education at WPI and beyond. This year’s awards feature development of novel virtual and online learning experiences, testing of technology to enhance student learning, initiatives that will foster equity and inclusive learning experiences for all students, significant redesign of laboratories, initiatives that will bolster intercultural and global learning, pushing the envelope in project-based learning and advising, and more.
