Spring 2018 Faculty Meeting Schedule

Mark Richman, Secretary of the Faculty, Office of Faculty Governance, provides this year’s Faculty meeting schedule, and encourages members to attend as many as possible.  The meetings bring the faculty together to address issues that typically cut across departments, divisions, and disciplines.  And, whether one participates actively or sits back and listens to others, attending faculty meetings is an effective way to stay abreast of important campus developments, in general, and broad academic matters, in particular.

All meetings will be held in OL 107, and refreshments will be available 15 minutes before each meeting.

The schedule of Faculty meetings for the remainder of this year is as follows: 

March 15, 2018                Thursday             3:15 pm

April 12, 2018                   Thursday             3:15 pm

May 8, 2017                      Tuesday              11:00 am

The Faculty Convocation is scheduled for April 27, 2018 at 11:00 am (in the Campus Center Odeum) with lunch to follow at noon. 

And, the schedule of meetings of the WPI Board of Trustees for the 2017-18 academic year is as follows:

Winter Meeting:              February 28-March 2, 2018

Spring Meeting:               May 10-11, 2018
