Rubin Campus Center Summer Enhancements, Card Access, and Summer Hours

Rubin Campus CenterThe Rubin Campus Center will be closed from Saturday, July 1 through Tuesday, July 4 for the holiday. The Campus Food Court and Dunkin Donuts will be closed July 1 through 7 to allow staff to enjoy the holiday and rest during what is typically a very slow time on campus.

This summer, other spaces in the Rubin Campus Center will undergo a number of renovations and technology enhancements, that may impact use of some spaces. See below:
June 28 – July 8
The Campus Bookstore will be closed to allow for new carpet installation.
June 28 – July 24
Odeum will be closed to allow for new A/V technology installation.
July 5
The Hall of Luminaries display will be renovated; the space will remain open but please use caution.
July 5 – 7
The serpentine wall flower/plant boxes on lower level will be restored; please use caution in the area.
Summer hours of operation
Hours are posted on the Campus Center webpage and listed below. The Information Center Service Desk opens at 8am daily during the summer. You have card access and may enter the building earlier with your WPI ID starting at 7am. Please remember to bring and use your WPI ID to enter the building before 8am. If your guests without a WPI ID need access to the building before 8am during the summer, contact the Events Office in advance of your event to make special arrangements for building access.

The Information Center Service Desk Opens at 7:30am on weekdays and 8am on weekends during the academic year. Remember to bring and use your WPI ID to access the building before 7:30am on weekdays, 8am on weekends, and after 10pm.
