MIEA Intro to Mindfulness is a four-week evidence-based mindfulness curriculum the Center for Well-Being is offering to WPI employees and graduate students at no cost.  Registration is now open for the online program that meets over Zoom and runs Wednesdays, 2:00 to 3:15pm, May 21 to Jun 11.  Register here.
