Onboarding Tasks
- Choose Your Housing Move-in Timeslot by August 12 at 8 am: You’ve got your housing assignment; next up is when you’ll move in.
- Pay Your Tuition Bill: Visit the Bursar’s website for details on payment options and plans or contact the Office of Financial Aid at 508-831-5469 or finaid@wpi.edu with questions. Pay your bill by August 14.
- Complete Required Compliance Trainings by August 16: All four are required before you arrive on campus.
- Complete Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver Form by August 31: If you don’t, you’ll be responsible for health insurance charges and automatically enrolled in WPI’s plan.
Keeping Track of Financial Aid
Remember, some of your financial aid tasks aren’t in the Hub, so be sure to keep an eye on the financial aid portal and website to keep track of additional requirements, and don’t hesitate to reach out to finaid@wpi.edu with any questions.
