Onboarding Tasks
- Complete Compliance Trainings: All four are required to be completed by August 16.
- Submit Academic Accommodations Request Form: Complete the intake form by August 22 to disclose a disability and request academic accommodations.
- Complete Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver Form by August 31: If you don’t, you’ll be responsible for health insurance charges and automatically enrolled in WPI’s plan.
Have you signed up for a move-in time yet?
Sign up in the Housing Portal if you haven’t already, and remember that your first stop on Move-in Day (Sunday, August 18) is the Gateway Garage to get your key before proceeding to your residence hall.

Stay in the Loop with Campus Happenings
There’s a lot going on at WPI, and just as many ways for you to stay on top of upcoming events. The WPI mobile app offers instant access to all things WPI; MyWPI is the place to go to get involved in clubs; and the University Calendar is regularly updated with campus-wide events (including athletics games). Be sure to check your email regularly for information from various departments and offices, as well as Herd Highlights, a biweekly newsletter featuring a roundup of deadlines, important dates, announcements, and more.
