John Andrew Orr, Ph.D. Receives 2017 ABET Fellow Award

WPI Professor John Orr has received the 2017 ABET Fellow Award, in recognition of a sustained commitment to outcomes-based accreditation and improvement of the accreditation process and for leadership of Engineering Accreditation Commission, IEEE, CEAA and ASEE with a focus on engineering education.  The distinction of ABET Fellow is an honor that is conferred by ABET’s Board of Directors.  It recognizes individuals that surpass normal expectations by dedicating notable time and effort to achieving ABET’s endeavors.
