Dear Members of the Class of 2024,
Here’s a reminder of what you need to do by April 22
- If you’ve not done so, log into your WPI Hub Account under the “My Commencement” icon and complete the following:
- Complete the Career Development Center (CDC) Survey;
- Reserve transportation to the DCU Center
- Update your Lifetime Engagement Information; then….
- You may request up to 8 guest tickets. There is no charge for tickets. Tickets may be requested ONLY after you complete the tasks listed above. All ticketing requests must be completed by April 22 @ 11:59 pm. The site will close at midnight. After April 22, if additional tickets are available, we will announce and conduct a lottery for up to 3 additional tickets. Successful applicants will be notified directly.
- We are seeking Student Commencement Speakers: One for the Graduate Ceremony and one for the Undergraduate Ceremony. Audition dates will be April 16 & 18. If you are interested in auditioning, please sign up for an audition slot here.
- You will receive an email from NameCoach (no-reply@name-coach.com). Your use of this resource will help us pronounce your name correctly. Check your regular and spam folders. If you wish to submit your name recording, please do so no later than April 28th to allow our readers time to review and practice your name.
- GRADFEST – is Friday, April 19, where you’ll pick up your regalia during the day. Register here by April 15 to attend the social from 4:30 pm– 6:30 pm and to get a free drink ticket. Join us for a beverage, food, photos and socializing!
- Request transportation to the DCU Center via your HUB account by April 22. Shuttle transportation will not be reservable after this date, and students will need to find their own way to the DCU Center.
