📢New Spring graduate students, join us for our final Coffee Chat of the semester! 🥛🍪We’re excited to invite you to our last Coffee Chat of the semester, hosted in collaboration with ODIME on Friday, April 18th from 12:00PM-1:00PM, Oasis House, 20 Schussler Rd. Take a break and join us for some freshly baked cookies, milk, and great company! 🍪🥛 Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, this is a great chance to connect with fellow grad students and your Grad Ambassadors in a cozy, welcoming space.
Your Opinion Matters: Fill out the Graduate Enrolled Student Survey Today All graduate students received an invitation to participate in the Graduate Enrolled Student Survey on Monday, March 24th. Your feedback will provide us with insights on how to make your experience as a student better and will help WPI make improvements to the graduate student experience. Please fill out this 15-20 minute survey while also taking the opportunity to win several prizes including a $10 Dunkin Donuts Gift Card or $10 in Goat Bucks for every 25th person who completes the survey, and other incentives such as extra Commencement Tickets, Regalia, Homecoming Registration tickets, WPI parking passes, and various gift cards!
Don’t Miss Out! Register for Summer Courses Before They Fill Up! Summer is almost here—and so are WPI’s summer graduate courses! Classes begin May 22 (Summer I) and July 7 (Summer II), and registration is now open. Career and Professional Development
Annual Online Career Conference hosted by Beyond the Professoriate on May 5-9. It is designed to help PhDs quickly learn how to build a foundation for your job search strategy. If you are in the final year of your program and considering your career options, this is an excellent opportunity to quickly learn how to navigate a non-academic job search.

oSTEM Conference: oSTEM is a professional society for LGBTQ+ people in STEM. The annual conference will be held on October 16-19, 2025 in Baltimore, MD. May 31st deadline for program proposals.

Wellness Day Feedback Survey
The CWB would greatly appreciate it if you could complete a brief survey and share your thoughts about Wellness Days. Please complete the survey even if you do not participate in Wellness Day events - we are looking for feedback from everyone! Those who complete the survey are entered to win a Movie Night Gift Basket complete with a popcorn maker, popcorn seasonings, candy, and more.

Woo-Labs Summer 2025 Hanover Fellowship Fellows work at one of the 7 summer program partner sites to design and implement engaging, youth-driven projects. Fellows commit to serving 15-20 hours a week from mid-June to mid-August. To apply, candidates should send a resume and cover letter to Emily Dodge (edodge@wecollaborative.org). Priority for the 1st round of hiring will be given to applications received by Friday, April 18. Please feel free to reach out to Emily Dodge with questions.

Sigma Xi Virtual Student Research Showcase March 30th – April 13th, 2025. Students compete for awards and recognition of outstanding virtual research presentations.

Volunteer and Community Service Opportunities
Commencement Speech Judges Needed: We are looking for 3-5 graduate students to judge Graduate Student Commencement speaker auditions. You would need to be available from 4-7:30 pm on Wednesday April 23rd to listen to auditions and vote. Please contact Jason Porter if interested.

WPI Pre-College Summer Program Registrations/Applications Close Soon WPI’s Office of Pre-Collegiate Outreach Programs reminds you that registrations and applications for our summer 2025 programs will close on April 30! Our programs are designed for students who will be entering grades 9 -12 in the fall. Interested students and/or their parents are encouraged to visit our website to get more information about our programs. All programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; however, we still have seats available in most courses.
