Happy July, Goat Cheese Enthusiasts!
That’s right, we are now officially into the second half of 2021! Seems to come up sooner and sooner every year. We hope you’ve all been having a great summer so far! (And it’s okay if you haven't, we're only eleven days into the new season so there is still plenty of time).
July is the seventh month of the year in the Julian and Gregorian calendars and was named in honor of Roman General Julius Caesar, it being the month of his birth. Imagine being that influential that you get an entire MONTH named after you? Must have been pretty great for him, I’m sure nothing bad ever happened...

Just grab your nearest baking tray and gather these ingredients:
Blueberries
Cashews
Strawberries
Garlic Naan Chips
Red Pepper
Herb Garlic Gompei’s Goat Cheese
Cherry Tomatoes
White Mini Crackers
Salami
Mozzarella
Raspberries
A white-colored cheese of your choice for the stars!
