Happy January, Goat Cheese Enthusiasts!
3…2…1… Happy New Year! 2022 is finally among us, which means lots of new resolutions to be fulfilled for the whole year (or at least a couple of weeks). Some of our resolutions are to procrastinate less, eat more goat cheese, and spend more time with friends. This year, February 22nd falls on a Tuesday making 2/22/22 the best TWOs day ever! We would like to offer a huge congratulations and a warm welcome to the new CEO of Gompei’s Goat Cheese, Brianna Akstitus!
Brianna is a junior Industrial Engineering major from Lancaster, Massachusetts. She is in the BS/MS program also pursuing a Masters in Management. Brianna has swiftly moved her way up in GGC since her sophomore year. She progressed from sales associate to Chief Sales Officer, and now to CEO. We are so excited to see what she does next with GGC! After graduation, Brianna hopes to work full time as an Engineer working on continuous improvement. Congratulations, Brianna!
