National Engineers Week and school vacation week are almost here…it is the perfect time to introduce your future scientist or engineer to STEM in a fun and interactive way! The Office of Pre-Collegiate Outreach Programs is hosting a FREE morning program for kids in grades 3-5. Students will learn about the engineering design process from WPI Engineering Ambassadors, then take part in hands-on activities led by WPI graduate and undergraduate students. Throughout the morning, students will gain a better understanding of what engineers do and how it impacts the real world. They will leave with the confidence to explore new opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics!
