Francesca Bernardi to Sit on Women In STEM Panel Ahead of Local Theater Production

The event is being organized by Studio Theatre Worcester in connection with its upcoming production of “Proof.” Bernardi will join Brooke Andersen, associate professor of mathematics at Assumption University, and Elizabeth Gilbert, associate professor of mathematics at Worcester State University, to share her experiences as a female-identifying person in STEM.
The play, written by David Auburn, tells the story of Catherine, a troubled young woman who has spent years caring for her brilliant but unstable father, a famous mathematician. More information on the Studio Theatre Worcester production can be found here.
