Professor Emdad was invited to speak at NEISM20, the 20th New England Isolated Statistician's Meeting. This year's meeting was held at Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA, and is touted as an excellent opportunity for isolated statisticians, often faculty in mathematics departments, to discuss topics related to teaching statistics.
The Boston Chapter of the American Statistical Association serves Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Professor Emdad used this opportunity to discuss the WPI Data Science in general and the GQP in particular.
