At the end of B-Term, the faculty profile database was moved from Apex to Drupal.  Faculty members and their designated editors can now log right into the WPI website to edit their profiles and the changes are published immediately.  No more waiting for Apex to feed your changes to Drupal before you can see them on your profile page!

Editing your profile in Drupal is easy to do, but to assist you in this transition Marketing Technology has developed step-by-step documentation and videos to walk you through the editing process.  Download the documentation or watch the training videos on our faculty profile help page.

We will also be offering in-person training on the following dates:

Faculty that would like to grant another person editing rights to their profile can complete an authorization form and email it to CMSHelp@wpi.edu.
