After noticing that not many websites were using the facts & figures widget, we determined that the interface was not very user-friendly. Instead of allowing the users to select from a list of facts & figures, the widget required that they enter the fact and figure by name as shown in the screenshot below.
We implemented changes on the backend to allow users to select specific facts & figures from a selection box as seen below. This approach makes it easier for users to browse a full inventory before making their selection. You can select which facts & figures you would like to add by clicking each individual fact or figure from the left box and they will appear in the box to the right. You are allowed up to 4 facts and figure items to your page at a time.
We hope that these improvements will encourage more users to add this widget to display relevant facts & figures on their web pages.
